Return & Refund Policy

Didn’t find your perfect fit? Unworn swimwear can come back to us within 30 days of delivery.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the delivery date to ask for a return. Swimsuits must be in their original condition with tags attached and any hygiene liner still in place. Trying them on over underwear is fine.

Swimwear we can take back

We accept swimsuits that have not been worn in water, washed or altered. Final-sale items, gift cards and parcels sent back without approval cannot be accepted.

Step 1: Ask for a return

Go to Contact Us, pick “Return or exchange”, and tell us your order number, checkout email and the styles you want to return. Your request is logged and return instructions, including the return address, follow. Please don’t post anything until you have them.

Step 2: Send it back

Return postage is paid by you unless we sent the wrong or a faulty swimsuit. We don’t include prepaid return labels. Use a tracked service and keep the tracking number until your refund arrives.

Step 3: Get your refund

We check returned items within 2 business days of arrival. Approved refunds cover what you paid for those items after any discount code, and go back to the original PayPal account. PayPal normally shows the credit within 3 business days. Original shipping is refunded only if the error was ours.

Discount codes and returns

If your order used NEWFOR15, 10OFF or B3G1, the refund is based on the discounted price of the items you return. With B3G1, returning part of a set may change which item was free.

Need a different size?

We don’t swap sizes directly. Return the first swimsuit and place a new order for the size or color you prefer while stock lasts. The Size Guide can help you choose.

Faulty or wrong swimsuit

If a seam opens, hardware breaks or the wrong style arrives, send photos through Contact Us within 30 days of delivery. After we confirm the issue we replace or refund it.

Please contact us before a dispute

We can usually solve an order problem faster than a PayPal case. Opening a dispute does not replace the return steps above.

Changes to this page

If our return window or refund steps change, this page will be updated. The version shown here applies to new orders.
